RTEs are involved in higher-level decision-making and strategic initiatives across the entire ART, whereas Scrum masters concentrate on team-level decisions. Additionally, RTEs handle conflicts and issues spanning multiple teams, while Scrum masters primarily deal with conflicts within their specific team.
